Born and raised in Togo, Sam Kodo at 7 years wasn’t a regular kid. At that age, he started building his first robot that could both circumvent obstacles and interact with people. Where kids saw just toys, Kodo saw a variety of things he could build by first taking apart his toys and reassembling them.
By the age of 15, Kodo’s robots could recognise faces and objects, speak, execute orders and even play football. And it wasn’t long before he created his first smartphone and PC. The above video shows one of Kodo’s robotics dancing.
