During the lockdown in Uganda, the government had to close their borders and air space. This however did not stop some ordinary citizens and those trapped by the lockdown from doing business. Strong men living in villages around the boarder had to resort to “ninja tactics”. This guys made money from taking people to Kenya for business with their marine uber services.
